Mechanical counter replacments are discontinued and rarely repairable making this a cost effective pratical solution. Bright display is visable in the dark. Requires trade-in of your old counter housing.

  • Press/hold button for 0.7 second to reset counter and change format between FOOTAGE and MIN:SEC.
• Measures in tenths of feet from 0.0 to 999.9 feet…then…
• Measures in one-foot increments from 1000 to 9999 feet.
• Measures in MIN:SEC from 0.00 to 99.59 (24 FPS films only).
• Display “rolls over” to 9999 feet (or 99.59 MIN:SEC) when going backwards from zero.
• Re-uses OEM case for simple swap out of old mechanical timer.

EDITOR REQUIRMENTS:

• Requires Boston connection New Gen A-Board (rev 2 or later) to power unit….. or…
  • Special order unit can be powered by “wall wart” power supply to preserve count when editor is off.
• Editor required to have gearing for footage counters. Will not count correctly if gearing is for mechanical MIN:SEC counters.
